No Fee Boat Launching

The Port of Bandon offers a two-lane public boat launch providing convenient access to the Coquille River for fishing, crabbing, and recreational boating.

Tides & Launch Conditions

The boat launch is affected by tides, so boaters should review the tide information posted on the launch ramp piling before launching or retrieving their vessel.

The boat launch and adjacent parking area are provided with support from grants through the Oregon State Marine Board.

Boat Launch Parking

Parking in the boat launch lot is reserved for vehicles with attached boat trailers only.

Additional vehicle and RV parking is available across the street. Please do not leave unattached boat trailers in the boat launch parking lot.

Staging Areas & Launch Courtesy

To keep the launch operating safely and efficiently, please be courteous to other boaters and observe all posted parking and staging areas.

The NO PARKING areas marked with diagonal yellow stripes and red curbs on the north side of the launch are designated staging areas only. Please keep these areas clear so both lanes of the boat ramp can remain accessible and boaters can launch and retrieve their vessels without unnecessary delays.
