Transient Moorage

Transient vessels may temporarily moor for up to 12 hours. For stays longer than 12 hours, the vessel owner is required to complete a moorage agreement, receive an assigned slip, and pay applicable moorage fees in advance.

During non-office hours, weekends, and holidays, vessel operators should contact the Port’s After-Hours Moorage number at (541) 290-9855 to make moorage arrangements.

Moorage Payments & Refunds

Moorage fees for daily, weekly, monthly, and semiannual moorage are non-refundable, in whole or in part.

Annual moorage may be eligible for a prorated refund at the monthly rate when at least 30 days’ notice is provided.

Vessels in Distress

A vessel in distress may temporarily take refuge in any available transient slip. The vessel operator must immediately notify the Port of Bandon of the vessel’s situation and location.

As soon as practical, distressed vessels must comply with all applicable state and federal environmental laws and requirements.

Any vessel taking refuge within the Port of Bandon boat basin or launch ramp area is responsible for any damage it causes to Port facilities and agrees to indemnify the Port for harm or damages resulting from the vessel’s presence or actions.
